Why solo? Why systems?
Most studios scale by adding people. That adds coordination, hand-offs, and inconsistency. Funda Run scales by encoding decisions into a system a machine can execute — so one talented person can ship work that looks like a large team made it.
Every project loads the same three files into Claude Code: engineering conventions, the visual system, and your specific context. The model does the heavy lifting; I do the judgment. That's how the timeline is honestly in days, not weeks.
I take on projects where the website has to look professional from the start — enterprise SaaS mid-raise, defense, govtech, the contractors who get judged on their digital front door. That's our sweet spot.
